BRIEF & ADVISORY

We will meet with you to discuss the criteria of the search. You may have an area in mind or we may suggest according to your specification if you are unsure or new to the region. We will advise on budgets and other factors to be taken into consideration relevant to your search. If you are moving for or looking for a school we may help with this.

RESEARCH & SOURCING

Once we have established the criteria we will begin searching for the right property for you. We will explore what is available both on and off the open market by contacting our network as well as local letting agents, developers and local associations. A shortlist is then completed detailing the most suitable properties, with particulars and a background on respective property’s location.

PROPERTY VIEWING

We will arrange an accompanied full or half-day tour viewing each home. If you are overseas and are to select a property from abroad we can visit properties solely on your behalf, talk through and report back. Our impartiality safeguards our clients so you are informed of all pros and cons before making a decision.

NEGOTIATION & CONTRACTS

Once the right property has been found we will negotiate the most favourable rates and terms on your behalf. We will go through the legal process and paperwork with you to ensure your interests are protected before you sign anything

PROPERTY CONCIERGE

Our concierge team will help with the logistics, change over of utilities, subscriptions and anything else required as part of your move, leaving you to enjoy your new home.
