Our investment advisory and buying teams are on hand to find the right property of each individual according to their objectives and budgets. We can recommend on areas, trends and forecasts so you are best informed before agreeing to a sale.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR YOU TO FIND THE RIGHT PROPERTY FOR ME TO BUY?

The answer for this will vary from client to client due to the different criteria and the market at dissimilar times. However, it can be done within a week or take months, however on average we find it takes two to three months.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR YOU TO FIND THE RIGHT PROPERTY FOR ME TO RENT?

Renting is a much faster paced operation. Typically an individual’s search can be completed within a couple days, whilst a family home may take up to four weeks. The search continues until you are satisfied.

CAN YOU HELP IN SEARCHING FOR SCHOOLS?

We are experienced in relocating families with children of all ages that have to find schools as part of their search. We can set the property search with a particular school in mind. We work have links with education specialists that can help advise on schools and facilitate admission.
