A list of optimum properties is then compiled, each one is then visited by one of our senior consultants who will then confirm or eliminate each selection, according to your set criteria. This ensures there are no hidden surprises, as we know how good estate agents’ photography skills can be!
Following our findings a meeting is arranged to discuss the shortlisted properties. We will consult with you on each property’s features, potential, local area and price. Subsequently we accompany you on viewing each property, at a time most convenient to you.
When the right property has been sourced we will secure it on your behalf. With the benefit of our experience and expert skill in this area, we will negotiate the best price and terms on your behalf.
